Six months of Postpartum depression.
Every single experience is the fuel behind the mission to care for women and families in the postpartum phase.
As a certified postpartum doula and sleep consultant, I have the life mission of lifting mothers through education, empowerment, and unwavering support in the postpartum phase and beyond.
The power of sleep is immeasurable in this phase, when mom is rested she can be the optimal version of herself, and begin her healing journey.
The power of sleep in babies is just as important for growth and development and to allow parents to rest and reset for each new day of parenthood.
Because babies come with everything but a manual :)
